Yes, cash flow as opposed to over budget. Anybody who has dealt with government knows about this issue. After 500 tests, I doubt that equipment issues were unresolvable, but that is just my interpretation. I won't argue with a counter opinion as there are no published facts at this point, and facts...

I see no need to provide you anything, the info is public, if you can not do so little on your own... sorry I forgot, your actual need is to train your English, unfortunately my English is too bad to satisfy your needs. All the best... I could not find such information except: "Someone's aunt said"...

The optimism on this board is relentless. Brutal even.

What you meant to say is 147 people control 40% of the world's wealth. Each of those companies is led by one person.

Re: Dimwitted Social Conservatives

Lastly, the religious 'social conservatives' who continue their empty sermonizing about the 'sanctity of marriage' while doing absolutely nothing about the divorce-incentivizing turn that the laws have taken, have been exposed for their pseudo-moral posturing and willful blindness. What they claim ...

Re: Astronautix Taken Offline due to DDOS Attack

http://www.astronautix.com/ Due to a persistent denial of service attack, astronautix.com has been taken off line. Thank you for your support over the last 17 years. I'll have to consider in what altered media, form, or other hosting arrangement the content of this site may reappear in the future. ...

Rossi provides a “try it before you buy it money back guarantee”. Such deals in today’s marketplace are hard to find anymore, let alone for a nuclear reactor. That deal is real hard to beat. Try it then. I bet you will not be given a reactor without paying money. And money back guarantees are notor...

Technologies developing in ITER and NIF program’s frames may be used in others - more successful. And I am sure that making decision people's behavior is more rational than you think. And the reason is more primitive. They do not see real promising concept at this moment. At least Polywell and Focu...

The Polywell idea suffers from the same sort of prejudices that proponents of cold fusion face. There may or may not be some true worth in both ideas, but the drama associated with them makes anyone hoping to be taken seriously stay far away from them. In the cold fusion case, it's the Fleischmann–...

"I excited with Polywell" said someone. "Polywell is not financed because of concpiracy of oil companies or mainstream scientists" Where did you hear that? :? Polywell is financed because of a conspiracy of government bureaucrats and the military-industrial complex. If Polywell would be a rea...

"Polywell is not financed because of concpiracy of oil companies or mainstream scientists" Who said that? Polywell IS financed...by me and a couple hundred million other Americans. TBH, I'd rather there really was such an organized resistance, at least in regards to using tax money for this type of...

I must say, the U.S. patent process seems very capricious. How is it that a Polywell patent can be denied on the grounds of lack of practical application, and yet a patent like this one (US 5999908) can be approved? The Polywell patent examiner says that "The applicant has presented no reputable dis...

The nuclear regulatory commission has not certified a new reactor design since its inception. It seems that its only purpose has been to prevent any new developments in the area. It's pretty cool that they're able to pull in over 100 million in revenues in spite of the fact that they have nothing t...

I think we would have heard something by now if Polywell was really going to work. The implications are enormous and there's just no way to keep people quiet about such a major development. The info would find its way into the open, as it always does. That it hasn't is instructive, I think.
