Wouldn't it just be easier to pull it out of the seawater itself? Kinda sucks for a fresh water navy, but you should be able to find room on board a naval vessel to put a boron recovery plant and materials needed in the steps to refine it.

I tend to use a low powered bluetooth headset next to my head, and leave the cell on my belt holster. I'm wondering if that would make much of a difference.. I can't stand wired earpieces though, they get caught in things.

Unfortunately, this will kill non-military fission power, at least for the next fifty years.. We won't be able to educate the general public on safety of the reactor vessels and emergency cooling when Japan is evacuating the area around the plants for ten Km (or more by now). Even worse, it isn't on...

From what I was told, the particle pair that is spontaneously created, contains a "normal" particle, and a particle with negative mass. The negative mass particle is what falls into the BH. The normal one escapes and is seen as Hawking radiation, while the other causes the BH to shrink ever so sligh...
